Blue Star Piece

A glittering blue star piece that can be found bobbing in the waves during the yearly Starsea Festival.  No one is quite sure where they come from. Some say they fall from the heavens into the ocean, and others say they're a gift from the tides. They smell oddly sweet. They come in a variety of colors, and they seem to have a few magical properites...

Blue Star Pieces grant the tide's gift trait. Small water particles flow off of your Andrasian's body before quickly disappearing into the air. This trait can optionally have bioluminescent plankton in the water droplets and flowing off of your character.
