What level of technology does Andras have?

-Andras has some steam powered technology-though most of Andras still relies on mount based transportation and some Lyss based tech. Mechanical limbs however do exist- yet they aren't common as most remain expensive and difficult to make. Gunpowder also exists in Andras but isn't quite as common as our modern world, Lyss and magic infused weapons are more popular in battles. Think medieval/steampunk hybrid, but with more magic based technology!

What does the Andras sky look like?

-Andras actually has two moons! Their names are Ursa and Aoln, and both feature a part in Woolyne mythology. Legends say that Ursa and Aoln were two close friends who ended up on opposite sides of an ancient war, and upon both of their deaths were transformed by the Gods into the moons Woolyne see today.

How do Woolyne produce magic?

-Woolyne are able to tap into the natural energy of their world with dedicated training! They can release this energy in magic bursts with runes, glyphs, and tools (wands, rods, tomes, etc). Skilled Woolyne are able to cast nonverbal magic!

How do Woolyne communicate?

-Being an advanced social species, Woolynes have their own language and alphabet, called Andrasian. (Please note, the alphabet is still under construction.) Slang, gestures, and common phrases will vary by location.
-Along with regular talking, Woolynes can also growl, purr, and chuff. Their ears and tail movements will also reflect emotions.
-Woolyne can communicate over long distances using a technique called scrying. Scrying requires the usage of both sol and void lyss, either by forgers or with the help of an enchanted item or device. Using two reflective surfaces, such as two mirrors or pools of water, Woolyne can hear and see each other no matter where they are in the world. Scrying mirrors, which are pre-enchanted with the lyss needed, are very pricey items to purchase. Large, full body scrying mirrors are typically only seen in the royal courts or university. The smaller the mirror or reflective item, the smaller the cost, but they are never cheap. For the best bargain, Woolyne can also purchase scrying items which are auditory only.

How do Woolyne enforce law?

-The Amiyn and Mazri both have their own judiciary system which act the same. These courts tend to mostly take cases that are above petty crime or affected a great number of Woolynes- small crimes are left to the judgement of an individual city or place. Extremely dangerous or nefarious criminals tend to be sent to either Arcton, a high security prison in Azmarin, or Te-loc, a fortress prison in the middle of the desert outside of Su-bahn.
