Valkha is basically the energy of that 'What's in your pants' meme where it just devolves into increasingly chaotic answers.

They're a non binary wool and deeply facinated with foraging, especially mushrooms, and desidedly not above leveraging their knowledge of the existance of look alike mushrooms to make you surrender your share of anything they may have had a share in cooking.  They, afterall, are generally positive about the status of any foragables they contributed to the pot. -Are you-?
