Known by name by a select few, this wool is a sharp-shooter and a rough rider. They tend to avoid big cities and towns, preferring to keep to the wilds of Andras, especially with the bounty on their head. They have a Nikyak by the name of Alva and tends to employ rather experimental firearms, in the form of a six-shot revolver.

Jess’ life has been a rodeo: born on a farm near Orilon, drafted into a gang for his sharp-shooting skills, joining a covert ops branch of the military (instead of going to prison, the better option, Jess ultimately decided), and most recently traveling Andras, trying to stay out of sight of local law enforcement. He’s done a lot in his life, a lot he’s not proud of, but that’s why Jess is adamant about following his self-imposed creed.
