Personality

 Adventurous, outspoken, and brazen. Her desire for life cannot be stopped, and she will take on anything that comes her way. Perhaps her biggest downfall is forgetting to hit the brakes before it's too late. She loves all creatures, and if she didn't have the rest of andras to explore, setting up a sanctuary is the top of her list.

History

Born in Seawynne but raised in Corwyn, Aliyah has little to no knowledge of her biological parents. They were taken by a storm at sea and so Aliyah was adopted by a close family friend who was looking after the three-year-old kit at the time.  Her adoptive mother, father and older sister loved her like their own.

LIke her parents, she had an itch for adventure. Aliyah loved exploring everywhere she could, and when she was finally old enough, she left Corwyn to see the world. Her adoptive father had two gifts for her before she left. One was a diary of sorts, detailing every place her parents had travelled to. The other was a sword passed down through her family for generations.  Her adoptive father had been waiting for the right time to give it to her, as it came with a message. The piece of paper was concealed in the hilt, and it was filled with heartfelt words from her mother and father, dreaming of the life of memories they imagined with their daughter.  Reading the letter was bittersweet, as they did not know what was to come. It was the last bit of encouragement Aliyah needed to sail out of Corwyn.

She travelled by boat along the east coast of Andras, until she reached the mountian city of Odysse. However, her stay was short lived, and she quickly travelled to Aldlight to join the Defiance against Lord Baldric. It was during this time that she was granted a transformaton by the winter god Amirlyn, a honour she will never forget. 

Since the end of the battle, Aliyah has resumed her travels. She stayed in the dragon captital for the Summer Solstice, but the wanderlust took over and so she set off again. 

Companions

Eteri the drakern- Aliyah met Eteri in her time in Odysse, where she was working under Sparrow to learn the ropes of drakern handling.  Eteri is just as playful as Aliyah, so naturally they bonded immediately. Although, Eteri has a greater awarness of danger than Aliyah, which is not at all a bad thing.  Their first big adventure together was flying to Aldlight to join the Defiance .

Aster the solstine- Aster is quiet by nature, and has a gentle soul. His frosty footsteps guided Aliyah to the godspool when she recieved her blessing from Amirlyn, and  he has stayed by her side ever since.  His favourite place to be is draped around Aliyah shoulders. Naya brings his slightly more energetic side out!

Naya the kiritsune- A young kiritsune kit with fur as blue as the depths of the ocean. Aliyah found her in the woods and together they trekked the way back to Naya's home. A few months later, they encountered each other again in the forest and the bouncy little kiritsune joined Aliyah on her travels.
