Unsure of what to do with himself, Alorus had figured he'd set out to find help. Someone that perhaps had been studying forgery for longer than he had. He knew more than one of his friends did just that, even if they were no masters of the art just yet, and the one that came forefront to his mind was Weisheng. For no other reason than the fact he'd seen how some woolyne looked at him, for no other reason than his otherwise slightly off putting looks and no fault of his own. That in mind, he'd gone to see him, giving the guy forewarning he'd appear, and had been surprised when the woolyne that opened the door held a strange resemblance to his friend, but... was clearly off.

Both in looks and feel.

The woolyne that opened the door had a different color lyss drip, and seemed like a full Mazri, which Weisheng had never been before. Though granted, Alorus himself had gone through a similar ordeal, it still threw him off.

After reacquainting each other, the two wool had pulled out a number of books and had settled on the ground of Weisheng's large living room with all of them spread around them in a controlled chaos only they likely understood.

"So, what exactly is the issue anyways?" the mazri had lifted a book with ease, making sure his dripping lyss would not mar the pages, "The fact you seem to have a slight affinity towards void magic's the problem?" a pause, and then his eyes focused on the lighter colored wool, "Why?" the question was not sharp, but somehow it _felt_ sharp to Alorus, who recoiled a bit.

"I guess I'm a bit scared..."

"Why?" The question came again, sounding confused, almost as if Wei couldn't understand his plight.

"Well, I guess... I don't know actually. I just didn't expect it, and I guess.... I think I just don't want to be judged," that was the core issue, he'd realized a couple of days ago. At this, Weisheng let out a sigh and snapped the book he'd been holding shut.

"I think you're going about this the wrong way. I can't comment much, given I think I have an affinity for fire and void myself, above all else, but... look. People are always going to judge. That's not what should be the issue. You shouldn't let that get you down; it's the people that move on from it, or push that initial notion aside that you want to grab and hang onto. It helps you differentiate those that are worth your time, and those that aren't."

By the time Alorus had left Wei's house, he figured the other wool had been correct, and that his insight had taught him well enough.
