Queen Asaj, Queen Rue, the ambassador to Lathule, and various leaders of the Neutral territories all hold a meeting in Odysse. The Arcanum conspicuously absent, but no one expected them to show honestly. Mazri skyships anchor to the floating islands as Sparrow & the city’s Drakern riders patrol the skies, keeping a wary eye on the crack in the sky. An alliance is suggested with all sides offering resources. Queen Rue puts forth all the knowledge that can be gathered at the forgery school in Aerilon. Queen Asajj offers the Inventors guild and workshops of Ur-Bahn as well as access to the vast library of Su-Bahn. The Lathule ambassador and lords of the neutral territories all pledge supplies, shards, and whatever help they can offer to assist with the task of getting to the bottom of the current predicament.

The gods have been called upon and are silent. This is something not even Mazrim or Amirlyn have seen before.

There is a general unsease across Andras. Anxiety fills the streets of Aldlight as the Amiyn woolyne fear for the peace they were just becoming reaccustomed to. In Ur-Bahn there are rumors of this being another plot from the Shining City, they remember the march on their gates only a few years prior. The unaligned settlements and Lathule are caught in the middle of the tension as both capitals quietly muster what forces they have.

Is your woolyne loyal to the Unicorn or Dragon Court? Or maybe they’re caught in one of the neutral territories or Lathule just trying to deal with the pressure from the other kingdoms.

Maybe they know just how to take advantage of a time like this.

Where does your woolyne stand the broad political situation of Andras? If they’re allied with a specific kingdom how are they dealing with the pressure of the court? If not, are they among those in the neutral territories trying to hunker down and wait it out or are they taking advantage of the situation as much as possible?

As the Swarm spreads the corruption companions, mounts, and even woolyne are becoming infected. Their appearance darkens and seems to fuzz at the edges with a red light. There have been reports that when they speak only a buzzing static sound is heard. In an attempt to heal those affected, a quarantine area has been set up on an island east of Azmarin in order to be as close to as many forgers as possible.

It takes a lot of Sol lyss to heal a woolyne of the corruption, but it seems to be doable.

With the spreading of the corruption as many forgers are being called to use Sol lyss to heal those afflicted as possible, or contain them if they don’t have Sol lyss. Is your woolyne among the healers or do they need to be healed?

Badges: Corrupted, Healer, Containment Team

Corrupted: Your woolyne has come into contact with the Swarm or another Corrupted individual. They are unable to use their lyss and take on a darkened, somewhat smokey and glitched appearance. The corruption seems to be tearing them apart, like they’re caught between realities.

Healer: Your woolyne is either working with Sol lyss users to heal those corrupted or taking care of those recently healed.

Containment Team: Your woolyne, while not able to use Sol lyss, is helping to keep those who have been corrupted by the Swarm from doing any further damage to themselves or others.

Roving patrol bands have been sent out into the country-side. Their main priority is to keep an eye out for any corrupted individuals and secure them, but as all of Andras tenses under the ever present crack in the sky tempers flare and they’re occasionally being used as peace-keepers to break up arguments or stop bandits and looters from taking advantage of the refugees and emptying homesteads.

Your woolyne has been tasked to one of the patrol bands. Do they happen across a corrupted companion/mount/woolyne and if so how do they deal with them? If they have to settle a fight or run off bandits or looters how does that go?

The strongest woolyne, shifters in particular are being sought and asked to help move others out of the path of corruption. Your woolyne may be asked to help pull wagons full to the brim of other wools fleeing the estimated destruction area. Refugee zones have been set up in the unicorn and dragon capitals while the various governors and lords of the unaligned lands are offering assistance where they can.

Draw or write about your woolyne assisting in the moving process. Some woolyne seem intent on bringing everything and the kitchen sink while others are ready to get out of dodge at a moment’s notice.

Scholars, both those involved in Lyss led by Duchess Lorelei and those of a more scientific manner from the Inventors Guild, are meeting at Aerilon in Azmarin to create experiments using lyss and technology to combat the corruption.

The various experiments are being done on samples of things corrupted by the Swarm in an attempt to find its cause and,hopefully, a cure. Aerilon has thousands of books in its libraries in regards to lyss and how to use it. In combination with the technological knowledge of those from the Inventors Guild an experiment is bound to pay off.

How does your woolyne assist the experimentation team? Are they part of the forgers led by Lorelei or are they working with the technology of the Inventors Guild, or maybe they’ve found a way to combine the two?

Asajj has opened the Great Library to anyone willing to do research into the corruption and the crack in the sky. With the most history books anywhere in Andras, surely if there’s any information in the past on the crack in the sky, the Swarm, or the corruption, someone will be able to locate it deep within the archives of the Great Library.

Is your woolyne pouring over books in the Great Library? Alternatively, some woolyne are opting to venture out to the parts of Andras that have been corrupted in an attempt to get samples and take notes for the researchers that way, while dangerous your woolyne would be a welcome addition to that attempt.

Between Asajj, the Inventor's Guild, and Aerilon, there seems to be a way to stabilize the Rift. It's not closed, but it's preventing Andras from being overrun by anything else that may try to come through it. Warriors, shifters, and forgers alike are being called on to assist in the stabilization. Those with sol lyss forgery skills are particularly asked to work healing the others as contact with the rift spreads the corruption.

Depict your character helping with the effort of stabilizing the Rift, be that by stabilizing the Rift directly or healing those who have come into contact with it.

All the research from the Great Library in Su-Bahn and the Aerlion in Azmarin as well as the tinkering and work-shopping of the Inventor's Guild have come to a head. They've created a way for anyone to approach and even enter the Rift itself. What lies beyond though is anyone's guess. Reports have come back of a barren wasteland, an ancient battleground long forgotten strewn with craters and weapons. Corruption creeps everywhere, rampant and unyielding, eager to infect and spread its madness. Together we can beat back the menace, but it looks like we'll need to do that from the inside. Andras needs you now, more than ever, to take the plunge and discover what's behind this threat to our world.

Depict your character preparing to enter, entering, or exploring what lies beyond the Rift. The barren, war-torn, but long slumbering lands of the Bridge. Do they encounter corruption? Or perhaps meet a Pouflon, Vespire, or Uruski for the first time? Be warned that crossing through the Rift will corrupt ALL characters that haven’t been healed from corruption already.

People, animals and… entire landscapes… have gone missing across Andras. Your character wakes up to find something misplaced from their lives. Is it a loved one? A pet? A whole mountain they were in the process of climbing? Their house? Surely the instability in the sky caused this… Your character is met with a choice. Do they pursue? Do they feel too helpless to try? Or, perhaps, they’re the one who disappeared and someone else has to make that choice whether or not to find them.

Depict how your character has been effected by the Rift. Has anything gone missing for them? Perhaps this brings back memories of the lost time caused by the Arcanum years ago. How are they dealing with all the changes that the Rift has caused?
